The best leader is barely noticed
“The best leader is one whose existence is barely known. Next comes the one who is loved and praised. Next comes the one who is feared. The worst is the one who is despised.”
True leadership does not demand recognition. It creates conditions for things to flourish on their own. Lead your life the same way — with quiet confidence.
