勇于敢则杀

勇于敢则杀，勇于不敢则活。此两者或利或害。天之所恶，孰知其故？是以圣人犹难之。天之道，不争而善胜，不言而善应，不召而自来，繟然而善谋。天网恢恢，疏而不失。
There is a courage in restraint. In choosing not to react, not to retaliate, not to escalate. That quiet courage often achieves what aggression never can.
勇于敢则杀勇于不敢则活——勇于逞强则死，勇于示弱则活。
天之道不争而善胜——不争斗却善于取胜。
不言而善应——不说话却善于回应。
不召而自来——不召唤却自然到来。
繟然而善谋——从容却善于谋划。
天网恢恢疏而不失——天道之网广大无边，稀疏却不会遗漏。
在中国已成法治格言。
